Emmanuelle Bauer, associate, mainly advises clients on employment law, contract law and commercial law, both as counsel and in litigation.

With a background in intellectual property law, she also practices in trademark and copyright law, and advises on and negotiates contracts relating to intellectual property rights.

Emmanuelle Bauer was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004 ; she is also a member of the Ajaccio Bar.
