Partner Marie Jackson specializes in corporate and tax law.
She advises small and medium-sized businesses and their managers on the corporate life of their groups, dealing with both routine and exceptional transactions (acquisitions, disposals, partial contributions of assets, tax-deferred contributions, mergers), as well as personal taxation, particularly that of managers. She operates in a wide range of sectors, including real estate and the hotel industry.
She also assists real estate developer clients with urban planning and local tax issues, particularly during building restructuring and renovation operations.
Marie Jackson began her career with PDGB and joined LIGL when it was founded in 2003.
